Contractor

*The contractor in this situation was a residential home contractor and had no business taking on this large commercial roof replacement.  This contractor was chosen by the building owners far before we were in the picture. After conferring with additional commercial contractors we confirmed that this project should have taken 2 weeks, worst case scenario 3 weeks. The delays from March to August were blamed on the contractor and the loss of revenue policy that was supposed to reimburse us for the time closed.  We have received no loss of revenue payment.  ​
